About the opportunity

IP Support Engineer Requirements:

  • Install and document, and support Hosted PABX solutions based on Broad-soft.
  • First Line Support and maintenance of the company’s current fixed voice clients.
  • First Line Support on company security solutions based on Fortigate.
  • Install and document, and support Company-Direct Internet Access solutions based on various wireless technologies.
  • Be on standby for at least two weeks in each calendar month. While on standby you are expected to answer your mobile phone 24 hours per day, 7 days of the week and to be sober and not intoxicated in any way.
