Who will I be working for?

Who will be working with me?

As Customer Service Supervisor, you will be managing a team of customer service representatives as well as the opening of new accounts.  You will follow guidance from managerial staff and other supervisors as well as providing guidance to your team members.

How will I make a difference?

As a supervisor of the front-line team you will be guiding and maintaining the face of the branch, ensuring that customers are served promptly and efficiently. Your attention to detail and leadership ability will provide structure and support to your close-knit team of representatives that will mean great service for the banks customers. 

What do I need?

Your prior banking experience, strong communication and leadership skills will be foundational for your success in this supervisory role. You will have a proactive approach to daily tasks and be highly motivated and enthusiastic about the success of your team, consistently pushing the importance of customer satisfaction.
