After nearly ten years in the tourism and hospitality industry, Allison pivoted her career during the pandemic, upskilling herself and setting her sights on a career in Human Resources. Allison took the unforeseen opportunity to network with like-minded professionals and has since found her home in the immigration services team at CML.

Allison has an affinity for working with people and providing outstanding customer service, where she uses determination and persistence to advocate for her clients to the best of her ability.

When Allison’s not spending time with her family, you can find her snorkelling, meditating, or listening to audiobooks about self-help or early childhood development.
