An economics graduate from Cork, Ireland, Ambrose joined CML in 2012 after three years working with a Cayman-based fund governance firm.

Since joining the CML team, he helped found sister recruitment agency, Nova Recruitment, which focuses on the recruitment of administrative and support services roles in the financial and legal industries in Cayman. Ambrose specializes in the recruitment of compliance, trust, corporate services, funds, and general administrative staff.
