Communications Specialist

Communications is Emma’s forte here at the CML Group. Her role involves supporting our Marketing & Operations Manager and the Managing Director with sales, marketing & communications for the company. Every day there is something new and exciting to work on, supporting our various recruitment departments, immigration and HR consulting teams as they develop and deliver services for our trusted clients.

Emma brings a wealth of experience with her to the CML team, having spent the last 16 years working in the Cayman Islands and other Caribbean jurisdictions in the tourism sector. While initially as a dive instructor, she swiftly and confidently moved into sales & marketing due to her background and experience in sales in her home country of Scotland, and there’s been no turning back.
