Marketing & Operations Manager

Jen is the Marketing & Operations Manager here at CML and our sister recruitment agency Nova Recruitment; she does a little bit of everything from innovation strategy, content writing, social media, and digital marketing through to oversight of all daily operations. She is also the office green thumb and keeping the plants alive is a badge she wears proudly.

Being born and raised here in Cayman, Jen has always had a strong tie to the island and dreamt of finding a job where she could give back to the community that helped shape her, and CML, Nova, and Connect by Nova allow her to do just that. Jen started with our sister agency Nova right out of university as a recruitment administrator and moved up to recruitment consultant, but after a few years moved into marketing and recently climbed the ranks to Marketing & Operations Manager.

Jennifer is also a qualified Master Scuba Diver Trainer (MSDT) and spends much of her weekends underwater.
