What is the JobsCayman portal?
The JobsCayman portal is an online system that allows registered users to access job postings created by registered employers.

I am an Employer. Do I have to register my company on JobsCayman?
You have to register your company on JobsCayman if you would like to submit a job post to seek a qualified and skilled Caymanian to fill the position, or if you wish to make an application for a work permit in the event that you are unable to source a suitably qualified and experienced Caymanian candidate.
Is the JobsCayman portal available to use now?
Yes. Please visit the site here.
Registering With the JobsCayman Portal:
Who has to register with JobsCayman?
Job seekers will create a CIGnet account and register as a ‘Person’. Once approval is received, this will allow them to register as a ‘Job Seeker’. Job seekers can be Caymanian, Married to Caymanian, Permanent Residents or Legally and Ordinarily Resident within the Cayman Islands.
An authorised individual from an employer business will create a CIGnet account and register as a ‘Person’. Once approval is received, this will allow them to register the company as an ‘Employer’ and then submit job vacancy posts. More than one person can be authorised to access the company account and submit vacancies on its behalf. WORC sends email confirmations when each step of the process is finalised and also sends email notifications when applications have been submitted in response to a job posting.
If previously registered under NWDA, is re-registration required?
You can use your previous NWDA log in details to register as a ‘person.’

Job Posting on the JobsCayman Portal:
If we use this process to add jobs, do we still have to run ads in the local papers, or is listing them on the JobsCayman portal sufficient?
You can still run job adverts in the local paper, but if you intend to submit a work permit application, the job must be listed on the JobsCayman portal before submission. While WORC is waiting for all job seekers to be registered, it is suggested that Employers advertise in the local paper together with JobsCayman.
