What Experience is Needed?

It is extremely difficult for individuals who are not transitioning from other offshore roles like audit or fund administration to acquire positions within fiduciary and governance. Specifically, governance roles require a high level of board-readiness and almost always go to individuals with years of direct and specific offshore experience.
