Hello and welcome to Tomorrow’s HR Talent, a comprehensive apprenticeship programme for aspiring HR talent in Cayman. On our 24-month apprenticeship, you will work towards a professional HR designation whilst gaining on-the-job exposure and experience within recruitment, immigration, and HR consulting. Our apprenticeship programme comprises of three main areas of learning: Recruitment Process, Immigration and Labour Law, and HR Practices and Principles. Although you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to the other areas during the programme, your primary focus will be on one selected area of expertise.

Our Three pillars of learning:
  • Recruitment Process
  • Immigration and Labour Law
  • HR Practices and Principles
core learning

Supplemental learning

How it works.

  • Who can apply?

Our apprenticeship program is open to Caymanians or those with the legal right to work who have a genuine interest in pursuing a career in HR.

  • Do I need prior experience?

Not necessarily! The purpose of this programme is to introduce you to the world of HR, so we don't expect you to have any prior HR experience.

If you have prior work experience in general (not necessarily within HR), that's great, this will certainly support you in your transition, but it is not a requirement for the programme.

  • Is it a paid position?

Yes, our apprenticeships are paid positions. You will be working and learning in tandem during the apprenticeship, as well as being financially backed to pursue a professional HR designation.

  • Is this a full-time position?

Yes, this is a full-time role. You would be working full-time within one of the various teams here at CML, depending on what weighted programme you are selected for (recruitment/HR/immigration).

  • How long is the programme?

Our apprenticeship programme is 24 months. At the end of the programme, we will support you in the next steps of your career and help you in finding your dream role whether that means staying on with our team or moving to in-house HR with one of our clients.

  • Will you support further education?

As part of your apprenticeship, we want to help you gain the qualifications that will help you reach your HR career aspirations. We will support you financially and assist in your pursuit of a qualification or area of study that supports your HR journey and area of specialist expertise. You will have chance to speak with a career mentor to help you decide on the best course to support you on this journey.
