Paid Leave
  • Paid Time Off - 20 Days

    To vacay, R&R, or just switch off. For every year worked as a member of the CML team, your available days will go up by one, capping at 30 days paid leave total.

  • Holiday Buy & Sell

    All permanent staff can buy up to three extra days' vacation or sell up to two days' vacation.

  • Duvet Days - 2 Days

    For the mornings when you wake up and just don’t feel able to work, these duvet days can be taken at short notice to get you back on track.
