A lot of opportunities for Project Management & Business Analyst positions will be within the legal & financial services spaces where you will perform analysis on large scale tech projects, transformations, and migrations. Some offshore companies are a little slower to change so are only in the early stages of these types of projects; as such this is a great opportunity to be involved in their transformations. With many of the positions being so tightly wound in the financial services industry, you can expect to liaise with colleagues outside of the tech space and integrate a bit more closely into the financial services teams as necessary.

What Experience is Needed?

For many of the Project Management & Business Analyst positions that we recruit for, as the positions are a niche within the financial services and legal sectors here on the island, many of our clients are looking for individuals with experience in the same niche within professional services (ie. legal companies typically require legal exposure, FS companies require FS exposure, etc.). In terms of methodology, having Agile experience is a distinct benefit as many of the companies here on island are now agile.


Specifically, for Project Management positions, relevant certifications are typically required by our clients. Some of the most widely accepted are PMP or Prince II.
