Quality of Work

Your role as an offshore Trust & Private Client lawyer will be a varied and interesting position. Typically, you will manage more matters offshore than onshore and your workload will mainly involve advising trust companies and UHNW/HNW individuals on the setting up and maintenance of trust structures. Frequent business travel is also another selling point given that your clients will be located all over the world.

Most offshore trust and private client lawyers have trained and qualified at leading trust practices in the UK, Jersey, Guernsey, Australia, or New Zealand. The drafting of bespoke trust structures is a prerequisite as well as the ability to demonstrate good BD acumen at interview.
