Ariana began her career in recruitment and human resource management after completing her MBA in Human Resource Management. She joined Nova Recruitment through the 24-month Tomorrow’s HR Talent Apprenticeship, a rotational program that provided hands-on experience across recruitment, immigration, and HR consulting.

 

During the apprenticeship, Ariana earned her Professional in Human Resources – International (PHRi) certification, reflecting her commitment to professional development and excellence in the HR field.

 

Following the completion of the apprenticeship program, Ariana transitioned into a full-time HR Associate role on CML Offshore Recruitment’s HR Consulting team. In this role, she supports clients across a broad range of HR initiatives, including payroll administration, general HR support, and much more. She continues to build her expertise by working closely with clients to deliver practical, compliant, and people-focused HR solutions tailored to their business needs.
