Ariana began her career in recruitment and human resource management following the completion of her MBA in Human Resource Management. She embarked on a 24-month rotational apprenticeship with Nova Recruitment, a sister agency of CML, where she gained hands-on experience in recruitment, immigration, and HR consulting.

During her apprenticeship, Ariana achieved her Professional in Human Resources – International (PHRi) certification, demonstrating her commitment to professional growth. As part of her apprenticeship experience, Ariana transitioned to her current role at CML as an Immigration & HR Assistant, allowing her to further expand her expertise in HR consulting and immigration services.

Ariana continues to support the Nova Recruitment team, providing valuable administrative assistance while expanding her expertise across different areas of human resources.
