Jakub is originally from the Czech Republic and completed his Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration/Human Resources in Michigan, US. His previous experience as an HR Director in the healthcare industry has proved invaluable to his role at CML where he takes on both internal HR administration and projects within CML and serves as an external consultant for our clients. Jakub possesses strong HR technical skills, including: Lean Six Sigma methodology, HCAHPS and Press Ganey Scores, Paycor and BambooHR software, CMS QIES Systems, as well as excellent people skills.

In his spare time, Jakub enjoys traveling and playing sports, including soccer and ice hockey – the latter being quite difficult to do in Cayman!
