We are hiring Account Managers and Senior Account Managers to support a diverse portfolio of insurance and reinsurance captives. These roles sit within an established captive management team and involve end-to-end responsibility for client relationships, financial reporting, regulatory filings, and coordination with auditors, regulators, and service providers.
At Senior Account Manager level, you’ll take ownership of larger, more complex captives, act as a trusted client advisor, and mentor junior team members, while playing a key role in service delivery, governance, and strategic oversight.
About YouYou might be an Audit Senior with a predominantly insurance or captive portfolio, now looking to move into industry and build deeper client ownership, or an experienced Captive Account Manager ready to step up into a Senior Account Manager role.
You bring a strong understanding of insurance accounting, financial statements, and regulatory reporting, along with excellent stakeholder management skills. You’re confident liaising with auditors and regulators, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple client relationships. Experience with captives, reinsurance structures, or international insurance programs is highly regarded, as is a recognized accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA).
