About the Opportunity:
Our client is looking to add a Chief Financial Officer to guide strategic and operational decision-making. Overseeing the finance team and reporting to the Board and CEO, this is a challenging but rewarding opportunity. The CFO will be playing a crucial role in driving investor relations, ensuring compliance systems are in order and heading cash flow planning. This role is not a Chief Accountant. It will require deal-making M&A experience, capital deployment decision-making and P&L responsibility (not just reporting).
About You:
You will be a fully qualified (CPA, CFA, CA, etc.) with at least 8 years of leadership experience. Previous staff supervision experience is essential as you’ll be guiding teams through annual and monthly reporting deadlines. Knowledge of investment funds, private equity and capital markets is required. You’ll need to be a confident leader who helps create a positive and productive atmosphere.
