About the Opportunity
A discreet asset management firm with offshore operations is seeking a senior professional to join its BVI office. This role spans both investment and operational responsibilities, including trade execution, participation in investment committee activity, and oversight of day?to?day processes. The position offers autonomy, close collaboration with senior leadership, and the opportunity to influence strategic and operational outcomes within a boutique investment environment.
About You
You bring 10+ years of experience within the investment or alternative asset management sector, with the capability to sit on investment boards or committees and contribute confidently to senior?level decision?making. You provide well?reasoned investment insight, can assess opportunities, and help guide strategic discussions.
Your background may be investment?focused or commercially operational, but you are not purely accounting?oriented. You are comfortable overseeing trading activity, managing operational workflows, and working across a broad remit. Experience within offshore jurisdictions is a strong advantage.
You communicate clearly, exercise sound judgement, and operate effectively and independently within a lean team.
Professional qualifications such as CFA or CAIA are essential.
Preference will be given to British Virgin Islanders however international applications will also be considered.
