About the Opportunity
This position focuses on nurturing client partnerships, managing financial operations, ensuring adherence to industry regulations, supporting growth and retention strategies, and guiding a dynamic team toward achieving business objectives.
About You
You’ll need to be fully qualified (CPA, ACCA, CA; ARe, ACII, CPCU, ARM etc.) with at least 8+ years of experience in insurance whether it be reinsurance or captives. Exceptional leadership skills and people management capabilities will be essential in this role. Client-facing exposure is crucial as well.
