About the Opportunity:
This rare role blends financial leadership with hands-on trading support in a fast-moving environment. You’ll oversee quarterly and annual reporting, drive SOX readiness and financial controls, and manage treasury functions while supporting governance, audits, and regulatory compliance. The role also engages in governance reviews, external audits, and regulatory filings, while partnering with trading teams on pricing insights and market updates
About You:
You’ll be a fully qualified accountant (CPA, CA, ACCA, etc.) and have 5-10 years of experience. You’ll need strong technical knowledge of financial reporting, payments, and internal controls. Proven expertise in Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance is essential. Commodities or trading experience is advantageous.
