About the Company:
An offshore financial services firm providing fund administration and fiduciary solutions to their clients are looking for a Fund Director/Fund Administration Manager (split role) to join their team.
About the Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity for an experienced fund services professional to join a role where you’ll work with fiduciary oversight, support operational management and have client relationship responsibilities. The role will work closely with senior leadership to develop and continue growing the fund administration team and its systems focused on private equity and venture capital clients.
About You:
A fully professionally qualified accountant (CPA, ACCA, ACA, etc.), you’ll have previous experience of being a named and signing Fund Director (non negotiable and candidates who haven’t this previous experience will be discounted). You also will have experience in fund administration and supervising a small team through deadlines and handling clients. Successful candidate will have 7+ years of a strong background in fiduciary services and fund administration. Please note, any candidates coming straight from audit or that haven’t previously acted as a formal fund director are not what the client is looking for.
