As part of its continued growth, the bank is seeking an experienced credit professional to lead its Credit function and drive portfolio performance across multiple banking segments.  

About the Opportunity

This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the Bank's credit strategy while overseeing underwriting, portfolio management, credit risk governance, and regulatory compliance. The Head of Credit will work closely with Executive Management, support lending growth across Premium, Private and Corporate Banking, and ensure the highest standards of credit quality and risk management.

About You

You'll be an experienced Credit Risk professional with 7+ years' experience within commercial banking and a proven track record in credit analysis, lending, portfolio management, and team leadership. You'll possess strong knowledge of credit risk frameworks, regulatory requirements, and commercial lending, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives. Professional qualifications such as CFA, FRM, CRC, or similar would be advantageous.
