We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and proactive IT Support Analyst to join a dynamic team based in the Cayman Islands. In this role, you will provide technical support and training to internal and external users, ensuring smooth operation of IT systems and contributing to the continuous improvement of IT services.

Responsibilities and Duties
As an IT Support Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing first-line technical support and troubleshooting for users.
- Assisting in the development of IT procedures and training materials.
- Managing and maintaining IT hardware, software, and inventory records.
- Supporting the deployment and configuration of new systems and devices.
- Conducting research on emerging technologies and vendor solutions.
- Delivering user training and onboarding for new systems or updates.
- Escalating complex technical issues to senior technical staff.
- Supporting internal and external client presentations with IT setup.
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a similar IT support role, ideally within financial services.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with Linux, Android, and iOS operating systems.
- Experience with help desk systems and IT ticketing tools.
- Proficiency in PowerShell and Bash scripting.
- Knowledge of Azure, Office365, Windows Defender, and Microsoft Endpoint Management.
- Understanding of Cerberus FTP and experience in regulated environments (e.g., SOC2).
