IT Support Analyst

Responsibilities and Duties
General IT Support
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support for laptops, smartphones, printers, and conferencing systems.
- Set up and configure end-user devices and manage secure offboarding.
- Track and resolve incidents using a ticketing system within defined SLAs.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and manage procurement with third-party suppliers.
- Support video conferencing systems and train users on new technologies.
- Participate in after-hours support and infrastructure updates as needed.
- Ensure clear communication of system changes and outages to staff.
- Act as the central point of accountability for all systems and tools.
- Manage user access, permissions, and onboarding/offboarding procedures.
- Oversee core business applications such as Microsoft Business Central, LexisNexis Compliance Link, and DiXiO.
- Liaise with third-party SWIFT providers and internal stakeholders.
- Draft and maintain technology policies and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Represent the technology function during audits and regulatory reviews.
- Monitor and remediate technology-related audit issues.
- Develop and deliver monthly technology dashboards and KPIs.
- Implement and maintain IT General Controls across the environment.
- Act as the escalation point for security incidents and unresolved technical issues.
- Coordinate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and local IT providers.
- Maintain confidentiality and support international offices as required.
Qualifications and Skills
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, ideally within fintech.
- College-level education or equivalent professional training in IT.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Entra ID, and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with SWIFT, ERP systems, and compliance tools.
- Experience with IT General Controls and technology audits.
- Proficiency in networking fundamentals and troubleshooting.
- Exposure to scripting (PowerShell preferred) and RMM tools.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
