About the Opportunity
This is a highly visible senior leadership role with broad responsibility for the leadership and oversight of the Cayman-based management services business and the support it provides to Group entities.
Working closely with Boards of Directors and senior leaders across Treasury, Legal, Governance, Risk and Compliance, the successful individual will act as a trusted adviser and central point of coordination between Group companies, professional advisers, regulators, service providers, and other key stakeholders.
About You
You’ll have a legal, accounting, fiduciary, or related professional background, ideally supported by a recognized qualification such as attorney, CPA, CA, or STEP. This is a broad remit that will be more defined by candidate a caliber than prescriptive experience and qualifications. Experience with treasury and banking oversight, cross-border structures, and/or UHNW principals will be highly valued.
