A global insurance manager with a strong foothold in Cayman is looking for a Managing Director to steer the organization in the way of its strategic objectives.
About the Opportunity:
While fostering a high-performance culture and engaging in Board meetings, the Managing Director will be responsible for developing and executing revenue targets, managing office budgets and distributing personalized insurance solutions to clients. Ensuring compliance with day-to-day protocols and regulations will be a sizable piece of the role. The Managing Director will oversee the business transactions and lead the regulatory reporting services of the company.
About You:
You’ll need to be fully qualified (CPA, ACCA, CA; ARe, ACII, CPCU, ARM etc.) with a least a decade of experience in insurance whether it be reinsurance or captives. Exceptional leadership skills and people management capabilities will be essential in this role. Client-facing exposure is crucial as well.
