A specialist firm in the British Virgin Islands are seeking an Insolvency and Restructuring Manager to join their growing team.
About the Opportunity
As a manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and mentoring a team of restructuring specialists and be responsible for a range of advisory services focusing on corporate restructuring and insolvency. Responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of voluntary and involuntary liquidations, formal insolvency cases and corporate restructuring.
About You
You will have a minimum of 5 years relevant Restructuring and Insolvency experience, including demonstrated management experience and a Professional Accounting Designation. Previous cross-border or internationally contentious experience, experience with asset tracing or forensics will be highly regarded.
