Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead and manage a team to deliver professional and comprehensive administration services
- Align team strategy with overall business objectives and KPIs
- Oversee billing, fee collection, and income management for client portfolios
- Maintain high standards of corporate governance and regulatory compliance
- Identify and manage new business opportunities and client relationships
- Attend client meetings and represent the company professionally
- Mentor and develop Managers and Assistant Managers within the team
- Conduct performance reviews, appraisals, and recruitment interviews
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in managing and mentoring teams
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in a client-facing fiduciary or financial services role
- Professional qualification (e.g. ICSA, ACCA, or equivalent)
