Responsibilities and Duties

  • Lead and manage a team to deliver professional and comprehensive administration services
  • Align team strategy with overall business objectives and KPIs
  • Oversee billing, fee collection, and income management for client portfolios
  • Maintain high standards of corporate governance and regulatory compliance
  • Identify and manage new business opportunities and client relationships
  • Attend client meetings and represent the company professionally
  • Mentor and develop Managers and Assistant Managers within the team
  • Conduct performance reviews, appraisals, and recruitment interviews

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in managing and mentoring teams
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience in a client-facing fiduciary or financial services role
  • Professional qualification (e.g. ICSA, ACCA, or equivalent)
  • Ability to inspire and motivate teams in a dynamic environment
  • Commitment to continuous professional development
