In this role, you will drive planning, execution, and successful delivery of cross functional initiatives, ensuring projects are aligned with organisational goals and completed to a high standard.

As Senior Project Officer, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, timelines, budgets, and forecasts.
- Leading cross-functional project planning and coordinating implementation activities.
- Monitoring project performance, identifying risks, and resolving operational issues.
- Managing internal resources and external vendors to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitating project meetings and updating stakeholders on progress.
- Supporting strategic initiatives that align with organisational goals.
- Prioritising tasks and driving project milestones to successful completion.
- Ensuring all project activities adhere to relevant policies and compliance standards.
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Project Management or Business Administration.
- Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2), considered a strong asset.
- 4–6 years’ project management experience, ideally with exposure to IT?driven initiatives.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem?solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder?management skills.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Familiarity with public sector operations and/or pension administration (desirable).
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast?paced environment.
