As a Regional Office Technology Support Associate
, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping solve complex business challenges. You’ll provide top-tier technology support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with local and global teams to deliver innovative solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with end-user and infrastructure technology support in both in-person and virtual settings
- Troubleshoot technical issues and work with diverse teams to find resolutions
- Participate in technology-driven projects at the regional and local level
- Communicate clearly and professionally while providing expert service
- Adapt and problem-solve in a fast-moving, high-tech environment
- Intermediate skills in MS Office, Google Suite, Windows OS, mobile OS (Android & iOS), and VoIP/telecom technology
- Strong customer focus with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Ability to manage hardware inventory efficiently and document resolutions
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- A proactive approach with great problem-solving abilities
- Minimum of an Associate Degree (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Flexibility to work overtime when needed
