Originally from Cape Town, South Africa, Cayleigh holds a Bachelor’s degree from Rhodes University.

Cayleigh’s career began in Human Resources management and internal recruitment, where she worked with leading names in financial services and luxury retail. Over the past seven years, she has built a strong and versatile foundation across HR operations, payroll and tax processing, and talent acquisition.

Now fully immersed in financial services recruitment, Cayleigh thrives on building meaningful relationships and delivering tailored recruitment solutions that align with both client goals and candidate aspirations.

Outside of work, Cayleigh is happiest near the ocean—whether it’s paddleboarding, snorkeling, or simply enjoying a beach day. She’s a lover of good food, great books, and the occasional country line dancing session. With a curious spirit and a love for travel, she’s always planning her next adventure.
