Jhanelle is an Immigration Assistant at CML, supporting the firm’s immigration team with the preparation and processing of work permit applications and related documentation. She plays a key role in ensuring client files are accurately prepared, well organised, and compliant with immigration requirements, helping to support the efficient delivery of immigration services.

With a strong grounding in immigration procedures and compliance, Jhanelle has completed the Immigration 101 certification through the Cayman Islands Society of Human Resources Professionals (CISHRP). Her attention to detail and structured approach support the team in managing immigration matters with consistency and care.

Outside of work, Jhanelle enjoys reading and expressing her creativity through personal interests such as hair and nail care.
