Tilley Woodford holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Strategic Management and a Master’s in Psychotherapy, providing a strong foundation in both business operations and human behaviour.

Tilley has joined the CML team as a Graduate Project Administrator specializing in HR and recruitment support, working closely with hiring managers and internal teams to coordinate recruitment processes and deliver structured, efficient workflows from initial brief through to placement.

Tilley has experience across candidate coordination, HR documentation, payroll support, and employee engagement initiatives. She is known for her attention to detail, organisation, and commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience, and has contributed to projects including salary benchmarking and the development of internal HR processes.

She enjoys working at CML for the opportunity to continuously learn and the collaborative working environment, which enables her to develop her skills while contributing to a wide range of client projects.
