  • How much does it cost to use CML’s HR Consulting services?

    As each organisation’s needs are unique, the best starting point is to schedule a consultation with one of our HR team experts (completely FREE of charge) and discuss the best options for your unique needs. Our projects range from $250 monthly HR subscription support/assistance to large six-figure projects.

  • What does the process look like to engage the HR Consulting team?

    1. Initial discussion between Client and HR team expert regarding client needs (timeline etc.)
    2. Proposed project scope, terms and fee structure
    3. Client agreement to the scope and structure, and overall terms
    4. Execution of Service Agreement with a proposed start date 
    5. Project (or Service) kick-off meeting to discuss the specific overall process, timeline, expectations, challenges, and goals/milestones of this project/service. 
    6. Execution of project/service support as per agreed terms
    7. Periodic check-ins with client, ensuring adherence to the pre-agreed terms. Application of changes if necessary.
    8. Termination of project/service.
    9. On-call support post-project completion if needed.
