About the Opportunity:

About You:
- Fully qualified auditor (CA, CPA, SAICA, ACCA, etc.) and a current Audit Director with a specialism in digital assets (essential)
- Ideally already licensed as a CIIPA practitioner member in Cayman, or eligible to get licensed on arrival
- At least 5 years of management-level experience auditing regulated financial institutions, including digital asset funds, custodians, exchanges or trading platforms
- Hands-on experience auditing:
- existence and ownership of digital assets, including wallet and private key controls and blockchain confirmations
- custody arrangements and SOC reports
- valuation of illiquid tokens
- IT and cyber controls
- Good working knowledge of the Virtual Asset (Service Providers) Act, CIMA's VASP regime and AML/CFT requirements, plus audit obligations under the Mutual Funds and Private Funds Acts
- Great interpersonal skills with clients and internal stakeholders, and a proven track record of training and developing your team in a positive, fun culture
