About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Financial Controller to join a high-performing leadership team. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will lead the company's accounting function, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. You will also play a key role in driving process improvements, strengthening financial controls, and providing strategic financial insight to support business growth. In addition, you will mentor and develop the finance team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
About You
You will be a fully qualified accounting professional (CPA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. You will bring a minimum of eight years' accounting experience preferably in a Finance Manager or Financial Controller role, with a proven track record of leading finance teams and delivering accurate financial reporting.
