About the Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Projects and Systems Officer to play an integral role in the implementation, administration and ongoing support of digital systems, while contributing to a portfolio of strategic projects.
You will be responsible for day-to-day systems administration, user access management, troubleshooting and operational support, while developing a strong understanding of system functionality and business processes. A key aspect of the role will involve delivering training, providing user guidance and supporting the successful adoption of new technologies across the organisation.
Alongside these responsibilities, you will manage assigned projects from planning through to implementation, coordinating stakeholders, vendors, timelines and deliverables. You will also support system testing, process improvements, reporting and documentation, ensuring projects are delivered effectively and in line with established governance and security requirements.
About You:
You will hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Public Administration, Operations Management or a related discipline, with relevant experience in project coordination, systems administration or operational support.
Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, procurement, change management or business process improvement would be beneficial. You will be highly organised, adaptable and proactive, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
