As a Systems Analyst, you will:
- Provide advanced support for finance systems, applications and integrations.
- Act as a subject matter expert for assigned financial platforms and related processes.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Design, develop and implement system enhancements and process improvements.
- Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve complex application and integration issues.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors on projects and upgrades.
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing and change management activities.
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to ongoing knowledge sharing within the team.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Financial Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst or similar role.
- Strong experience supporting and maintaining ERP or financial management systems.
- Hands-on experience with Aderant Expert and related financial system integrations.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
- Knowledge of C#, APIs, web services and systems integration technologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
