Our client is seeking an experienced IT Technical Coordinator to support the delivery of key technology initiatives and ensure the effective operation of its systems and IT infrastructure.
About the Opportunity:
As the IT Technical Coordinator, you will oversee the configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of workplace technology, including end-user devices, business applications and audiovisual systems. Acting as a key point of contact between internal teams and external technology providers, you will help resolve technical challenges, coordinate system implementations and ensure technology solutions meet operational requirements.
Beyond day-to-day technical support, you will contribute to technology procurement, system testing, vendor coordination and the rollout of new digital solutions. You will also identify opportunities to improve existing systems and processes, while maintaining strong standards of cybersecurity, data protection and technical compliance.
About You:
You will hold a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline, with a minimum of five years' relevant experience in IT support, systems implementation or business technology.
You will be highly organised, proactive and technically proficient, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. The ability to manage competing priorities, work independently and explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be essential.
