4th Top Employer Award for CML…

Most of the team from CML were able to attend this year’s Cayman Islands Society of Human Resource Professionals (CISHRP) Top Employer Awards on Saturday night, 13th April. We were treated to some excellent food and wine at the Ritz Carlton Grand Cayman, and Steve McIntosh and Chris Bailey accepted our 4th consecutive award for Top Employer in a Small to Medium size Business category. We have received this accolade every year since its inception in 2009/2010.

CML is a strong supporter of the Top Employer program and what it stands for. The CISHRP defines a ‘Top Employer’ as a place where employees trust the people they work for, have pride in what they do, and enjoy the people they work with. CML’s VP Chris Bailey commented “the criteria that must be met in order to qualify as a Top Employer are essential to having a productive and cohesive workplace for all staff. We now use it as a benchmark to measure how happy our staff are. Hearing that 87% of survey respondents (our staff) said that they ‘looked forward to going to work each day’ lets me know that we’re on the right path!”

The Top Employers recognised at this event are considered “The Best Places to Work in the Cayman Islands”.
