CML is a Top Employer!

Last Saturday evening we attended the Top Employer Awards at the MarriottGrand Cayman Beach Resort. Now entering in its third year, Cayman’s Top Employer is an annual competition to recognise the best places to work.
Employees of the organisations who enter the competition are asked to complete a survey about their employer. The organisations are then scored on nine dimensions:
- Physical Environment
- Work Atmosphere & Camaraderie
- Compensation & Benefits
- Management Practice
- Employee Communications
- Performance Management
- Learning & Development
- Community Involvement
- Diversity
Points are awarded, with the overall scoring comprised of 30% for the application pack and 70% for employee survey results. Employers also have an opportunity to highlight the various programmes and benefits they offer to their employees.
I’m pleased to report that CML Offshore Recruitment has been recognised as a Top Employer (small/medium category) in the Cayman Islands for the third consecutive year, officially making CML a great place to work!

This year the awards have been produced by local artist, Horacio Esteban, who sculpts beautiful items from caymanite, a semi precious stone that is found in the Cayman Islands.
