I was going to write a fantastic blog about exactly what us recruiters do… people are forever asking us to ‘get them a job’, and in reality I guess it makes sense as this is what we appear to do! However, as recruitment consultants we don’t actually give people jobs, we help match people to vacancies that we are given (well sometimes ‘gently persuaded to be given’) by our clients.

Anyway… I came across an article online that explains the process so I guess my fantastic words of wisdom will have to wait for another day!
