What makes CML different to other recruitment companies? That’s easy – the people.

FI have worked with CML Offshore Recruitment for the past 2 years and
I often have people coming up to me asking: ‘Are CML actually any good?’ – well it depends what you’re asking about. Are we good at soccer? Some of us are. Are we good at singing? Probably not at the standard you’re thinking of. Are we good at recruitment? I guess it all comes down to opinion. In my opinion – Yes they are. You may notice that I say ‘they’. Well I’m not on the recruitment side of the company, so I can’t exactly say ‘we’, now can I?

Our recruitment consultants offer something that I don’t think you will find in many other places – personality. They don’t come across as robots who are only interested in your work history and what type of job you are interested in. Our recruiters actually care – They care what you want, they care what you need, they care about who you are, and they care about how you’re getting on.

You are probably thinking that I’m a little bit biased, and maybe I am – but I’ve seen all of this in person.

Our recruiters have knowledge – and not only about the Kardashians! They know the market here in Cayman. They understand what our clients are looking for. They know what it’s like to be new on island.
